Gabrielle Parcell is portrayed by actress Samantha Sloyan. She’s known for her roles on SEAL Team (Victoria Seaver), The Haunting of Hill House (Leigh Crain), Grey’s Anatomy (Dr. Penelope Blake), and Scandal (Jeannine Locke), among others.
