“Attacked” is a loaded word in this age of rampant accusations. It’s probably not to be tossed around lightly, but that’s just what actress/producer/all-around-super-talent Gabrielle Union does in a tweet concerning her husband Dwyane Wade‘s last home game in Miami. The terrific hoops scribe Tim Reynolds reminded fans not to be late for Wade’s last home game — which will feature a star-studded showbiz spectacular honoring the career of the surefire Hall of Fame NBA superstar. The Heat wants fans in their seats by 7pm. No exceptions. As Reynolds reminds fans:
Not in the concourse.
Not in the Grey Goose.
Not in the Dewar’s.
Not on 95.
Not at 7:10.
Not at 7:17.
Not at 7:29.
In your seat.
At 7pm.
Union admits she’s been arriving late to games. (Hey, that’s the prerogative of a star. Plus, it has been a long farewell for Wade.) But Union is also self-aware and having fun: she wrote on Twitter: “I feel attacked. Yessssss I’ve been coming late, but this feels personal.” Something tells us she’ll be there extra early for this game, which is April 9 at American Airlines Arena. If she wants some Grey Goose, she can certainly have someone fetch her some.
