On Season 7 of My 600-lb Life, the TLC cameras follow Jeanne, a young obese woman who lives in an unhygienic household with her mother and schizophrenic father. The 39-year-old’s path to a weight-loss journey is filled with obstacles, especially after an unexpected death devastates her family. As Jeanne says, “My life can’t get any worse. I just feel like a burden to everyone.”
