Charmaine explains that she and Kendra are in a very unique position – as women who work for Chicago’s top urban radio station – to talk about the allegations. “It’s time for the women in Chicago to let R. Kelly know — we know where you live. And if you really are abusing under-aged girls, or are abusing women period, we ain’t gonna let you slide.” Black Ink Crew: Chicago airs Wednesdays at 9 pm on VH1.
