In the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Plastic”, a young woman named Ava Parcell says she went to a party, was given something to drink by a nice woman named Sadie Parker (Alyssa Sutherland) and then woke up in a strange bed with her ankles tied. She had been raped by Sadie and her boyfriend, who she said was a doctor. Unbeknownst to Ava, the doctor is celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Heath Barron (Mark Feuerstein).
[Feuerstein and Fitzgerald played siblings on Royal Pains]
Victim Ava Parcell is portrayed by actress Willa Fitzgerald who played Emma, the half-sister of Feuerstein’s character on Royal Pains (see link above). She’s also recognized for her roles on House of Cards (young Claire), the 2017 PBS mini-series Little Women (Meg March), Scream: The TV Series (Emma Duval), and Alpha House (Lola Laffer), among others.
Fitzgerald will appear next on the big screen in the 2019 film The Goldfinch (Kitsey Barbour) based on Donna Tartt’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit airs Thursdays at 10 pm on NBC, right after Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
