On the Love & Hip Hop: Miami episode “Girl Talk,” Jessie Woo reaches out to Miami Tip after she gets some bad news at the studio and reports that she has an issue with Amara and her manager Julian. Miami Tip suggests that they meet and talk while getting their nails down at Michelle Pooch’s new nail salon, Get Nailed Bar. While soaking her feet, Jessie complains that Julian is taking all her ideas and giving them to his other client Amara. Julian is Michelle’s manager too.
Michelle Pooch tells the cameras, “Julian seems to be doing really well but is all over the place, and I’m not really sure what he’s done for me lately.” An experienced businesswoman, Michelle vows to stay out of the whole Jessie/Amara ordeal. Before becoming a small business owner, Michelle Pooch was known as the Queen of Nightlife in Miami as a music promoter and DJ on the South Beach scene for years.
At the Get Nailed Bar — “Where Music Meets Manicures” — a classic “Mary J” manicure is $25, pedicure $30, $50 for both. Also on the Get Nailed Bar menu is The Mariah (a custom glitter application), The TLC (hydration mask), and The Minaj Massage (15 minutes for $20), among other add-ons.
