On the Shahs of Sunset episode “Bridal Bath Wrath,” everyone travels to Palm Springs for MJ’s bridal bath. But at the pool party, MJ becomes increasingly frustrated with fiance Tommy who isn’t getting involved in the planning of their wedding. Ever since he proposed to MJ, Tommy said he would never wear a ring. But at the bridal bath, MJ tries to persuade him to wear something. At the party, while wearing a skimpy bathing suit, MJ straddles Tommy and says, “I know you don’t want a ring on your finger…” to which Tommy says, “It’s not I don’t want a ring, I’m not going to wear one. It’s too annoying.” He adds, “It’s not that I don’t want to; it’s too annoying.” But MJ says it’s now about trust and respect. “He certainly gets pissed off when I don’t wear my ring,” says MJ.

When MJ suggests that Tommy get a tattoo, he says, “I’ll do that for sure.” But then Tommy makes MJ mad when he suggests getting an emoji tattoo. After laughing, Tommy says it’ll say “I love MJ” but his bride isn’t convinced. She asks, “Do you even want to get married?” Shahs of Sunset airs Thursdays at 9pm on Bravo.
