Jarrett & Raja is the musical magic duo who pitched their business, a production company, on Shark Tank in April 2016. It wasn’t their first time on prime-time TV. Jarrett & Raja had already been on America’s Got Talent (Howie Mandel’s Wild Card pick; see highlight video below). And they’re no strangers to a big stage. Jarrett & Raja had their own Vegas show at The Regent Hotel in Summerlin. The magicians went into the Tank seeking an investment of $750,000 in exchange for 40 percent equity. While the Sharks enjoyed their performance, all of them passed on an investment. Jarrett & Raja said they never expected a deal. They went on the show for the exposure and their plan worked.

Three months after the Shark Tank episode aired, they got a call from the producer of One Epic Night and starred in the stage show at the Downtown Plaza. After that, Jarrett & Raja found a home to their new show “Magic vs. Music” at the Stratosphere Hotel, Casino & Tower in Las Vegas. Jarrett & Raja have also performed on three seasons of The CW show Masters of Illusion, hosted by Dean Cain.
