On Season 5 of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, before A1 confronts Lyrica about rumors of her and Safaree being together, Lyrica gets together with Princess and Brooke. Princess is trying to get her mind off her family feud with Ray and his family. So Brooke’s engagement news is like a breath of fresh air. Well, until Brooke reveals that her fiancé Marcus Black doesn’t really know that they’re engaged. Brooke explains that for Christmas, Marcus came home with her to her mom’s in Houston. When he was showing the diamond ring to Brooke’s mother, Brooke “jackmoved it” and put it on her finger.
Yes, Brooke is claiming to be engaged without Marcus proposing to her. “We both knew we was going to get married sooner than later.” She explains, “Marcus can move around and get his little thang-thang on with some one-off here and there but please believe, he’ll be walking down the aisle with me.” Hmm. We’ll see about that, Brooke. Love & Hip Hop Hollywood airs Mondays at 8pm on VH1.
