On Season 2 of Shaunie’s Home Court, viewers at home get to see more of nanny Keyonna. In the episode “Call of the Wild,” Shaunie gathers the kids for a meeting and announces that “Keyonna had a great idea for you guys; would you like to hear it?” Myles says, “Sure, because all of Keyonna’s ideas are great.” Keyonna smiles and raises her hand for a fist bump. Myles looks surprised to see her fist ready, “I was being sarcastic,” Myles says. The big idea is to go camping — without phones and social media. The eldest boy, Shareef, has the only acceptable excuse not to go – he’s taking the SATs.

Myles says, “I’m not on Keyonna’s side but I will go camping.” The youngest, Shaqir, doesn’t engage in the conversation. His eyes are glued to the phone in his hand. Keyonna tells Shaunie, “They’re going to have hand cancer at 32 years old.” When Shaunie asks “Is that a thing?” Keyonna says, “It will be, watch.” Note: The American Society for Surgery of the Hand says “cancer in the hand is very rare.” Shaunie’s Home Court airs Mondays at 10pm and 10:30pm on VH1.
