In the Code Black episode “La Familia,” Jesse’s (Luis Guzman) older brother Jose (Efrain Figueroa) is brought into Angels Memorial after being pinned in a warehouse collapse. Meanwhile, Willis (Rob Lowe), Rox (Moon Bloodgood) and Pepper Russo are on ambulance duty when called to the set of a porn film. They find an actress literally stuck inside her co-star.
Pepper Russo is portrayed by actress/singer Chaley Rose. The Indiana University graduate is known for her roles on Filthy Preppy Teen$ (Tarcher Bishop), Nashville (Zoey Dalton), and Stitchers (Sadie Morton), among others. Code Black airs Wednesdays at 10pm on CBS.
