In the NCIS: New Orleans episode “Empathy,” Pride (Scott Bakula) and the NCIS team are called in to investigate the deaths of two of their own, fellow NCIS agents, and the disappearance of congressional aide Molly Lindell (Rachel Handler). Turns out the two men were just posing as NCIS agents. A witness to the crime on the waterfront says a superhero-like man swooped onto the crime scene and took the woman with him. That man is hitman Jack Cooper.
Jack Cooper is portrayed by J.R. Ramirez. He’s known for his roles on Jessica Jones (hot single dad Oscar, see photo below), 50 Cent’s Power (Julio), Arrow (Ted “Wildcat” Grant), CW’s Emily Owens M.D. starring Meryl Streep’s daughter Mamie Gummer (Dr. AJ Aquino), House of Payne (Diego Hernandez), and Hacienda Heights (Eddie Jr), among others. NCIS: New Orleans airs Tuesdays at 10pm on CBS, right after Bull.
