In The Middle episode “The Crying Game” while Frankie (Patricia Heaton) has a good cry after having a bad week, Mike (Neil Flynn) gets a promotion. He’s being offered the job of regional manager after being the manager of the local quarry for 25 years. Meanwhile, Axl (Charlie McDermott) claims he’s being treated unfairly by his health teacher Mrs. Kozicki because he treated her horribly when he was a student. Mrs. Kozicki is portrayed by Rose Abdoo. (Details of Abdoo’s career accomplishments below!)
