Survivor host Jeff Probst is excited about the 36th season of the show which returns to Fiji for Survivor: Ghost Island. The 20 new castaways are living on an island haunted by Survivor idols and advantages from past seasons of the shows. They must learn from past castaways’ mistakes in order to win.
Probst admits that one of his favorite castaways is James Lim. Probst says “he has the highest I.Q. of anyone who’s been on the show.” Although he doesn’t reveal the I.Q. number, it’s safe to assume that it is high. Lim is a graduate of Harvard University and is currently working as a business analyst in New York City. James isn’t all brains — he’s brawn too. James was captain of the Track & Field team at Harvard. Check out the video below of James doing sprint reps. It’s the video he sent to CBS to first apply for Survivor.
Probst is clearly impressed with James — he comes him to a machine! — but does wonder how James “will behave with other humans.” If James can apply the social skills he uses as a U.S Presidential Scholar, who interned at the White House during President Obama’s administration, he should do okay.
