In the Will & Grace episode “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Crying,” interior designer Grace (Debra Messing) gets the opportunity to decorate a string of chic-chic hotels while attorney Will Truman (Eric McCormack) makes senior partner at his law firm. Both career moves come with consequences. Meanwhile, the woman who never has to work a day in her life, Karen (Megan Mullally), is told a secret by her 4’11” tall frenemy Beverley Leslie. The exchange involves their standard insults, a 90th birthday party, morphine and martinis.
[Check out Jordan in American Horror Story]
Beverley Leslie is portrayed by Leslie Jordan. (He won a 2006 Emmy for his role as Beverly on Will & Grace, btw.) The veteran actor is also known for his roles on American Horror Story (Cricket, Quentin Ashley), Raising Hope (Reverend Bob), Desperate Housewives (Felix Bergman), Privileged (Dale Dart), Boston Legal with James Spader, William Shatner and Candice Bergen (Bernard Ferrion), Boston Public and Ally McBeal (Dr. Benjamin Harris), among many others. Fun fact: Jordan made his acting debut in a 1986 episode of The Fall Guy starring Lee Majors (The Bionic Man). Will & Grace airs Thursdays at 9pm on NBC.
