On the Gotham episode “A Dark Knight: Hog Day Afternoon,” Gordan (Ben McKenzie) and Bullock (Donal Logue) set out to stop serial killer Professor Pyg (guest star Michael Cerveris). The Professor has been killing cops and putting severed heads of pigs on them as his signature mark. (Profesor Pyg, who “decorates” the police dead bodies with pig heads, also wears a severed pig’s head himself to hide his own face.) On a slightly lighter note, Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) and Leslie Thompkins bond at Cherry’s place with Cyrus Gold’s alter-ego Solomon Grundy (Drew Powell).
Morena Baccarin, the Brazilian-born beauty who plays Leslie Thompkins on Gotham, has been posting fun photos on Instagram from filming the episode. One captures Nygma/Smith riding on a coin-operated horse outside a bodega. Another shows Leslie “getting Nygmafied.” Either that or she’s auditioning for a Bob Fosse musical! See photos below.
