The new FOX comedy Ghosted is about a top secret government agency — The Bureau Underground — which recruits two men (a security guard and a guy who works at a bookstore) to investigate paranormal activity in Los Angeles. One believes in extra-terrestrials (Adam Scott), the other does not (Craig Robinson), at first. They are given assignment from the agency’s leader, Captain Ava Lafrey (Ally Walker) and computer and weapons whiz Annie Carver.
Annie is portrayed by Amber Stevens West. She’s known for her roles on The Carmichael Show (Jerrod’s girlfriend Maxine), Criminal Minds (Joy Rossi Struthers), Greek (Ashleigh Howard), and in the films 22 Jump Street (Maya) and The Amazing Spider-Man 3 (Ariel), among others. Fun fact: She is the daughter of radio personality Shadoe Stevens (photo below). Ghosted airs Sundays at 8:30pm on FOX.
