Season 5 of Below Deck shines the light on the familiar faces and dramas of Captain Lee Rosbach, Chief Stewardess Kate Chastain and Senior Deckhand Nico Scholly. With these three on the chartered yacht Valor is a new staff including the tall, dark and handsome Chef Matt Burns, stewardess Jen Howell, deckhand Chris Brown, and new female deckhand Baker Manning, among others.
Ever since she graduated from the College of Charleston (class of 2010), Baker has been on either a jet or sailboat traveling the world. She landed her first yachting job in 2014 working as both a deckhand and a stewardess. And in December 2016, she was stoked about her first gig as a corporate flight attendant on a Gulfstream jet (photo below). During the off-season, she also works as a dance fitness instructor.
