On the Ballers episode “Ride and Die,” while Spencer (Dwayne Johnson) and Joe (Rob Corddry) have an intense meeting with an owner to bring professional football to Las Vegas, Ricky (John David Washington) stages his own private workout, and discovers roses aren’t enough to appease an angry Amber. She tells Ricky “you might have a couple of seasons left but after that, who are you?”
Amber is portrayed by Brittany S. Hall. She’s known for her roles on Satisfaction (Rosalie) and Being Mary Jane (Nia). Hall is also recognized from her days on the VH1 reality TV show Real Chance of Love in 2009, when she picked up the nickname “hot wings” on the show. Another fun fact about Hall: She’s also spin and yoga instructor. Ballers airs Sundays at 10pm on HBO.
