In the Mother’s Day TV movie The Good Nanny, Summer Pratt has been hired as a nanny for a young girl named Sophie. Usually in Lifetime movies, it’s the nanny who displays erratic behavior but in this gem it’s the child. When Summer brings up the girl’s behavior (she sleeps with sharp objects under her pillow) to her parents (or the people who call themselves her parents!), Summer is surprised by their reaction.

Summer is portrayed by Briana Evigan. She’s best known for her role as Andie in the Step Up movies. Fun fact about Evigan: She starred in two music videos – Linkin Park’s “Numb” (see below) and Enrique Iglesias’s “Push.” The Good Nanny premieres on Lifetime on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 14 at 8pm.
