Whether you like clowns or not, you can’t deny the talent of Puddles Pity Party — the 7-foot-tall sad clown who sings popular sad songs. He’s competing on America’s Got Talent, Season 12 and is touring the country this summer (see dates, cities, below) with a stop at the prestigious Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
