My 600-lb Life featured 38-year-old Charity Pierce of Cedar Rapids, Iowa who weighed 778 lbs. in 2014. Her motive to lose weight was to marry her younger, 21-year-old boyfriend Tony Sauer. Charity dreamed of having a wedding where she could walk up the aisle. Tony btw is the brother of Jimmy, the father of Charity’s 18-year-old daughter, Charly.
Three years later, My 600-lb Life returns to Charity’s home to film a “Where Are They Now” episode. While Charity is now worried about her daughter’s weight (keep in mind Charity weighed over 500lbs. since her early teens), Charity is still not in the clear yet. In February, Charity posted a photo of her leg with the caption “Newest cellulitis I have now” which she says is “very painful.” My 600-lb Life airs Wednesdays at 8pm on TLC.
