Former Hootie & the Blowfish rocker turned country music star Darius Rucker invites the Undercover Boss makeup and hair crew to his posh home in Charleston, South Carolina. They make a prosthetic for Rucker’s face and provide a graying wig and matching moustache for his disguise as Jackie Middleton, a retired school teacher who’s competing for the chance to launch a career in the music business. While Jackie walks the streets of Austin, Texas, Darius is looking for “the next great musical acts” to mentor.
The Undercover Boss staff does a great job disguising Rucker’s physical appearance but as Rucker says, he’s going to need to change that distinct voice of his! Undercover Boss airs Fridays at 8pm on CBS.
