In the NCIS episode ‘The Wall’, the team investigates the murder of a Marine who was participating in an event for the Honor Flight Network. It’s a not-for-profit organization that offers veterans free trips to Washington, D.C. to visit the World War II, Korea and Vietnam War Memorials. During the investigation, they meet cantankerous Vietnam veteran Henry Rogers.
