In the Supergirl episode ‘Star-Crossed’, while Winn’s (Jeremy Jordan) girlfriend Lyra (Tamzin Merchant) gets him in trouble with the law, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) is threatened by National City’s new villain Rhea (guest star Teri Hatcher) and has to fight off the Music Meister.
The Music Meister is portrayed by Darren Criss. He’s known for his roles on American Horror Story (Justin), Glee (Blaine Anderson), and Eastwick (Josh Burton), among others. Fun facts about Criss: He appeared in the 2011 Katy Perry music video “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)”, see below, and will star in Season 2 of American Crime Story (2018) as serial killer Andrew Cunanan, the one who killed fashion designer Gianni Versace. Supergirl airs Mondays at 8pm on CW.
