On Teen Mom 2, through divorce meditation, Kailyn and Javi agree to 50/50 custody of their son Lincoln but they still have to agree on who gets to spend the holidays with him. When they meet at a restaurant over lunch to discuss future holiday plans, Kailyn asks Javi what his plans are for the holidays. Javi says he assumed they would continue what they have been doing — Lincoln would spend the morning with Kailyn and her family, and the evening with Javi and his. Kailyn doesn’t like that idea. She believes, because she has two kids, “They [the two kids] should be together on Christmas.” And she says they should stay at one house, every single year. (That’s code for her house.)
When Javi says, “That hinders on what I want,” she snaps, “It’s not about what you want.” When Kailyn says she puts her kids first, Javi asks with a smile “You do?” which prompts Kailyn to threaten to leave the restaurant. Teen Mom 2 airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV. On February 27, it will be followed by Teen Mom 2 TM2: Live!, where the moms and special guests talk about the episode.
