In the Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce episode ‘Rule #137: Move Your Car’, while Jo (Alanna Ubach) puts her ex-husband in rehab and spends more time in the kitchen with Scott the baker (Will Kemp), Abby (Lisa Edelstein) gets more involved with her son Charlie’s (Dylan Schombing) life now that she has lost her job at SheShe. Wearing a purple jumpsuit appropriate for a discotheque, Abby stands out on the bleachers not only for her attire but her lack of baseball knowledge. When she mentions that she spoke to Coach Brady earlier, who was “wildly inappropriate and rude” according to Abby, the mother next to Abby warns her to never talk to the coach.
Coach Mike Brady is portrayed by James Lesure. He’s known for his roles on Uncle Buck (Will Russell), Blue Bloods (Alex McBride), Men at Work (Gibbs), Mr. Sunshine (Alonzo), The New Adventures of Old Christine (Dave), Las Vegas (Mike Cannon), Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip (Captain Boyle), Lipstick Jungle (Griffin Bell), and For Your Love (Mel Ellis), among others. Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce airs Wednesdays at 10pm on Bravo.
