Lifetime is giving actress Vivica A. Fox (Kill Bill, Batman & Robin, Independence Day) her own reality TV show, and why the hell not. The series is called Vivica’s Black Magic and the cameras follow her as she looks for seven “hot, badass exotic dancers” for the all-male revue she’s producing on the Las Vegas Strip. (She’s putting the strip in The Strip.) During the auditions, Fox says, ‘It is so awesome for the shoe to be on the other foot – to tell them [men] ‘Baby, you need to keep it tight and right.’”

Fox also warns “If I got to crack the whip, I will.” During a rehearsal she compares her dance troupe to a basketball team. “If you were on a basketball team, you’d all get cut.” Crack goes the whip. Vivica’s Black Magic airs Wednesdays at 10pm on Lifetime.
