Ghosts in the Hood is a new paranormal documentary-style show on WEtv that’s like TLC’s Paranormal Lockdown but with a multiracial cast and lots of humor. ‘Things get spooky and ludicrous” when this group goes investigating paranormal activity. And the fact that their leader Defecio Stoglin wears velour track suits and drives everyone in an RV is just icing on the cake. Defecio often gets made fun of by his nephew Matt from New York City. Matt’s an aspiring stand-up comedian who’s developing his skill while on the job.
In the premiere episode of Ghosts in the Hood, ‘Scared Straight Outta Compton,’ the team investigates a haunting at a drive-through mortuary in Compton. Ghosts in the Hood airs Thursdays at 10pm on WEtv.
