In the Chicago Med episode ‘Alternative Medicine’, while Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) struggles to tell the parents of a teen’s dire condition, Dr. Reese (Rachel DiPillo) struggles when a troubled young man named Danny contacts her outside of the hospital. He tells Reese that he’s a victim caught in a sex trafficking ring. Dr. Reese turns to Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) and Detective Erin Lindsay for help. Dr. Charles tells Reese she’s on a dangerous path and he tells her to step away.
Det. Lindsay is portrayed by Sophia Bush, who plays the character on Chicago P.D., Chicago Fire, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Bush is also known for her roles on Partners (Ali Landow), One Tree Hill (Brooke Davis), and Nip/Tuck (Ridley Lange), among others. Chicago Med airs Thursdays at 9pm on NBC.
