The Voice has welcomed two new coaches to Season 11 – Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys. Both have big fan bases and both aren’t afraid to take risks with their wardrobes. During the first round of The Battles on The Voice, Alicia Keys dons a Willie-Nelson like hairstyle (bandana and two long pigtails) while Miley dares to wear a floral onesie with a grandma brooch at the neck. (Christina Aguilera now seems boring.)
But Miley doesn’t show up everywhere bedazzled. While getting Team Miley reading for the first round of The Battles (with guest mentor Joan Jett!), Miley wore jeans and a HH smiley-face t-shirt. (The H’s are where eyes would be on a yellow smiley face.) On the back reads TeamMiley, and yes, she got them made for the whole team. HH, btw, stands for Happy Hippie Foundation, Miley’s non-profit organization. She sells the t-shirts on her website for $25. All net proceeds go to the foundation, which supports homeless youth, LGBTQ youth and other vulnerable populations. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
