On the Teen Mom OG episode ‘Don’t Panic,’ while Maci and Taylor learn that she’s further along in her pregnancy than they thought, Amber Portwood goes with her fiance Matt Baier to his hometown. She meets Matt’s cousin Michael and his wife Lanae. When Amber mentions to Michael that she has yet to meet Matt’s mom, Matt laughs, “That’s alright.” Amber doesn’t think it’s funny. He’s met everyone in her family. And they’ve known each other for two years.

Amber tells Michael: “We were going to get married in October but I want to wait because I feel like there’s so much that needs to happen.” Teen Mom OG will air this special episode on Sunday, August 28 at 7pm, before the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.
