On the Million Dollar Matchmaker episode ‘The Ice Queen and the Playboy Chef,’ the Ice Queen is Sonya Bright who’s referred to in the show’s promos as “a big-time socialite who’s a bigtime b-tch.” Matchmaker Patti Stanger says Sonya “is rejecting men because she’s afraid she’s going to be the one who’s rejected.” Patti chases her client down a hallway and throws more tough love at Sonya by saying, “no one is ever going to love you,” to which Sonya says, “suck my ass.”
Sonya Bright is a celebrity tanning artist and a nationally qualified NPC Bikini Competitor from Philadelphia. She recently came in second at the NPC South Jersey Championships (see below). Sonya is the founder (and featured model) of Tantini Tanning Bar, a chain tanning salons (3 total, one each in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania). She also launched Bottle Service, a line of indoor tanning lotion. Million Dollar Matchmaker airs Fridays at 10pm on WEtv.
