In the Season 2 premiere episode of UnREAL, “War,” Rachel (Shiri Appleby) flexes her new power as producer and casts the first African-American suitor on the show, Darius Hill. Rachel will have to go to war with Chet (Craig Bierko) who does his best to manipulate the opinion of Darius in order to reclaim control of the show.
Darius is portrayed by B.J. Britt. He’s known for his roles on Being Mary Jane (Paul Patterson, Jr.), Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Antoine Triplett), Sons of Anarchy (Darnell), One Tree Hill (Devon Fox), and Everybody Hates Chris (Walter Dickerson), among others. UnREAL airs Mondays at 10pm on Lifetime.
