Bloomberg Television’s Stephanie Ruhle sat down with marketing guru Martha Stewart and covered a variety of topics. When it comes to companies that Stewart admires she said The Home Depot was on the top of her list because not only do they deliver good products at good prices but you can trust what you’re buying there. “It’s not schlocky,” she elaborated.
When Ruhle asked Stewart who she thinks has great taste, Stewart mentioned Ralph Lauren and Macy’s, the giant national retailer that sells Martha Stewart Collection (furniture, bedding, dishes, towels, you name it). “I think Macy’s has a tremendous sense of self,” she added. Stewart also says Amazon is an amazing company. Martha Stewart products are sold there, too.
