In the Fresh Off the Boat episode “Jessica Place,” Jessica (Constance Wu) is beside herself when the season of Melrose Place comes to a close. To satisfy her drama intake, she and Honey (Chelsey Crisp) snoop around the neighborhood and uncover a juicy secret about Deidre.
Deidre is portrayed by Rachel Connon. She’s known for her roles on Mad Men (Melanie Davis), Major Crimes (Devin Duncan), The Millers, 2 Broke Girls, Kickin’ It (Bethany), Underemployed (Deb), and Ghost Whisperer (Amy Fields), among others. Fun facts about Connon: She went to the same high school as Garth Brooks (Yukon HS in Yukon, OK), and in 2006 she became a certified yoga instructor. Fresh Off the Boat airs Tuesdays at 8pm on ABC.
