Peter Gunz of Love & Hip Hop is the father of 8 kids with number 9 on the way via Amina Buddafly, mother of #8 Cori. For the past couple of years Peter has been living a double life between Amina and Tara. He’s been called out on his philandering ways even by his own daughter, Whitney, who is now in her twenties, and a mom herself. In 2013, Whitney appeared on the show and advised her father to do the right thing and “stay with Tara and my brothers.” That was before Amina had Cori. “I like Amina, but I love Tara.”
Two years later and Whitney is making another appearance on the show but it’s as if nothing changed. When Amina asks Whitney if she knew about her father sleeping with Tara again, wise Whitney says, “I know my dad.” She explains, “My dad has a good heart but when it comes to women, he has a problem.” Whitney says her father’s womanizing ways affected her growing up. “Is that what you want for Cori?” Whitney asks Amina. Amina says, “right, right, you’re absolutely right,” but will she leave Peter now? Love & Hip Hop airs Mondays at 8pm on VH1.
