“Legends of Today” is a crossover episode of Arrow. While Barry (Grant Gustin) asks Oliver (Stephen Arnell) to hide Kendra (Ciara Renée) in Star City from Vandal Savage (Casper Crump), a man with wings — appropriately named Hawkman — scoops Kendra up and flies off with her.
Hawkman is portrayed by Falk Hentschell. He’s best known for his role as Carter Hall aka Hawkman on The Flash. Hentschell will continue to play Hawkman on the upcoming series Legends of Tomorrow with other superheroes and villains including Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), Dr. Martin Stein (Victor Garber), and Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller). Hentschell is also recognized for his roles in the films Transcendence (Bob) with Johnny Depp, White House Down (Motts) with Channing Tatum, and Knight and Day (Bernhard) with Tom Cruise. Arrow airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CW.
