In the Supergirl episode “How Does She Do It?,” while Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) babysits Cat Grant’s (Calista Flockhart) son, Carter Grant (Levi Miller, Pan), and saves National City from more exploding bombs, her friend James (Mehcad Brooks) faces trouble in the love department.
