Standing just 5’10”, Kansas City Chiefs running back Charcandrick West resembles — as much as anyone can — Barry Sanders on the football field. (He’s magnetic like Magic Johnson off it.) Charcandrick, who ran a 100-meters in 10.34 seconds in high school, became the Chiefs biggest weapon after Jamaal Charles tore his ACL earlier this season. Charcandrick was swiftly embraced as the Chiefs savior — as the team rallied from a tough start. But Charcandrick got hurt too (hamstring), and couldn’t lace ’em up for the Bills game on Sunday. Guess what? Didn’t matter. Maybe Charcandrick is right, and God is picking his team this year:
GOD IS GOOD!! GOOD TEAM WIN

Chiefs beat the Bills 30-22 for their fifth straight win. Spencer Ware filled in at running back and gained 114 yards rushing. Charcandrick, who is having a breakout season averaging four yards a carry and scoring four TDs, might be envious or sour about his fill-in’s success. That is, if he were a man of lesser character. But he’s not. Charcandrick is generously sharing the Ware love on Twitter, as you can see below. And he’s sharing his own love with the fans, as you can see below that. The Chiefs are 6-5, winners no matter who plays.
