The 8th annual Charleston International Film Festival begins on November 4th. Over eighty films from around the world will be screened during the five-day festival in Charleston, South Carolina. The Festival kicks off with a special screening event of The Wannabe, a gripping crime drama set around the trial of John Gotti, starring Patricia Arquette, Vincent Piazza, and Michael Imperioli. Charleston IFF Co-Founder and President, Summer Peacher said, “Screening The Wannabe as our opening night feature film is just one of the many things we’re pumped about for this year’s Festival. Whether you’re a member of the local film community or just love going to the movies, you don’t want to miss a moment of the drama.”
