Who Is GT Hamilton’s Mother Kimberly Blackford?

It’s hard to keep up with who’s related to whom on Stewarts & Hamiltons. The most famous of the bunch, rocker Rod Stewart appeared on the first episode but the show really belongs to Rod’s and actor George Hamilton’s ex-wife Alana Stewart. All the kids on the show interact with one another, regardless of mother or father, including the youngest, 15-year-old George Hamilton, Jr., aka GT.

GT’s mother is former swimsuit model Kimberly Blackford. She met George Sr. in 1995. She was in her twenties. He was in his fifties. They dated for several years. According to Blackford, Hamilton was cheating on her while she was pregnant (a reality show staple!) GT was born in December 1999. She said: “It was only when I was watching George’s appearance on a morning TV show that I found out he was dating Danielle Steel. I felt sad, depressed and lonely.” Over the years, they have become friends again. Blackford says of her complicated relationship with George Sr.: “I care about him, I worry about him and I’m proud of him.” Stewarts & Hamiltons airs Sundays at 9pm on E!
