In the TV movie First Response, after a robbery gone wrong, armed and dangerous Austin hijacks an ambulance. He forces paramedic Camilla to treat his seriously injured brother while her partner Gerry drives the ambulance around the city, trying to avoid the police. Austin tells Camilla that her life depends on her saving the life of his brother.
Camilla is portrayed by Dania Ramirez (Devious Maids). Austin is portrayed by Joris Jarsky. The Canadian-born actor is best known for his tough guy roles in the TV mini-series The Book of Negroes (dockyard bounty hunter), and in movies including The Incredible Hulk, Saw V, and Foolproof with Ryan Reynolds. First Response will premiere on LMN on August 9 at 8pm. It will air again on August 10 at 12am and August 16 at 6pm.
