Wisconsin governor Scott Walker filed his financial documents this week to clear his run for the presidency. Among the most interesting details were Walker’s credit card debt, which totals more than $20,000. Walker carries at least two separate credit cards — his Barclays card, with more than $10K on it, reportedly has an interest rate of 27.24%
Walker is a strong proponent of budget cuts in his state, especially for education. It’s not known whether he specifically tried to cut programs to teach personal financial responsibility. The documents were filed with the Federal Election Commission.
