New York millionaire Cal Harris has been brought to trial two times for the murder of his wife Michele. Michele disappeared on the morning of September 11, 2001. Her empty car was found at the end of their driveway in Upstate New York. Cal has been the prime suspect–the couple was going through a nasty divorce at the time. After a four year investigation, Cal was arrested in 2005 for Michele’s murder.
Cal Harris was found guilty twice, but both convictions have been thrown out. He’s now facing his third trial. His four children stand behind him. “We have no doubt he wasn’t involved,” they told ABC’s 20/20.
