Country music star Rayna Jaymes (Connie Britton) on the ABC hit Nashville will perform her new single Lies of the Lonely on that other ABC hit, Dancing With the Stars. Rayna is out to win the CMA award for Performer of the Year, even against her fiancé Luke Wheeler (Will Chase).
She’s got a lot of pride on the line. Rayna thinks that her fans are attributing her CMA nominations to her relationship with Luke, so she nudged him out of the DWTS spot, without even talking to him about it! Nashville airs Wednesdays at 10pm on ABC. And the real DWTS airs Mondays at 8pm.
