Nicknamed the penicillin of any number of ethnicities for its alleged ability to ward off winter ills, the warm salty nutritious potion always delivers a warm feeling to body and soul. But maybe Grandma’s soup needs a tiny update? Try whole grain noodles to add one more element of modern healthy satisfaction.
Want simple? Here you go. Put the ingredients below in a pan and simmer for 40-50 minutes. Last ten minutes–add 4 ounces of whole grain noodles. Serve it up. Feel better.
