Hot in Cleveland actress Valerie Bertinelli was interviewed by Bravo’s Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Next last week. She was asked about her “feud” with pop star Christina Aguilera. Bertinelli said it wasn’t a feud but she does accuse Aguilera of giving her the cold shoulder at a Van Halen concert, years ago.
Instead of replying directly to Bertinelli’s claim – either with an apology or denial or a simple WTF? – Xtina posted an Instagram photo of her in a recording studio with Pharrell’s hat in the foreground. The new mom, Aguilera, is getting ready to return to The Voice where she served as a judge besides Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. (Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams’ have been added during Christina’s maternity leave.) When Xtina posted the pic, her caption was “In more important news…”. It seems like an attempt to take the high road, but is it really?
