Talking to CNBC today Shark Tank investor Kevin O’Leary–AKA Mr. Wonderful–said that Apple was just as wonderful as he is. (And that’s saying something.) Talking about Apple potentially teaming up with Alibaba in China, O’Leary talked about how Apple was a company that had “everything for everybody.” And he meant as an investor, not as someone who needs an iWatch.
What’s everything? “Apple has everything for every investor… You’re getting a deep discount to the rest of tech. You’re getting a dividend so capital’s coming back. And then you have these outlier growth elements like Apple pay and tie-ups with Alibaba,” O’Leary said. There’s no ceiling for Apple in O’Leary’s opinion. “This could be a trillion dollar market cap company.”
