Chris Bosh, the suddenly free-roaming Miami Heat star no longer playing in the shadow of LeBron James, made his first game count. In what might have been a changing of the guard game in the East–with the rising Wizards facing off against the James-less Heat–Bosh took over. He was in the post then back out knocking down threes (3 of 4). He was a menace on D, his length and speed causing Washington all kinds of problems.
His running mate Dwyane Wade played well too, as did Norris Cole, but Bosh led the Heat with 26 points on 50% shooting. And the man grabbed 15 boards. If Chris Bosh grabs 15 boards a game the Heat will never lose. Add four assists, a steal and a block. The Heat burned the Wizards 107-95. Bosh made a lot of cool faces too–those yeah I’m the man faces. And he was.
